Intangible assets are the hidden drivers of today’s knowledge-based global economy. These assets include intellectual property (IP) rights, as well as related assets like brands and technologies. Copyright is a legal term used to describe the rights that creators have over their literary and artistic works. It gives the creator the exclusive right to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and adapt the work.

Trademarks

A trademark is a sign capable of distinguishing the goods or services of one enterprise from those of other enterprises. Trademarks are protected by intellectual property rights.
